On the date mentioned above, there will be a competition of good academic presentors; where the participants will be free to side to either proposing or opposing on the given topic.
The three best presentors will be awarded with:-
1st Winner = Tshs. 100,000/=
2nd Winner = Tshs. 50,000/=
3rd Winner = Tshs. 25,000/=
