Ministry of information and communication is the ministry of SAUTSO government responsible for promoting the development of reliable and sustainable information, communications and transport network system and facilitating the provision of affordable and easier access to associated services. OBJECTIVES Ministry of information and communication has come up with the following strategic goals in order to fulfill its mandate;

To improve effective and efficient university services delivery.

To keep alive culture and tradition through ICT and media.

To encourage the adaptation of new and best practices in the ICT.

To develop the institutional capacity required to achieve the ministry mandate.

To make appropriate representations to SAUTSO government or others in respect of matters affecting the condition of pensioners.
